Nathalia is the Director, Development for IHG in South East Asia and Korea, based in Singapore. IHG is one of the world’s largest international hotel groups.
Nathalia, was born in Indonesia and educated in Australia with 20 years extensive experience in Asia Pacific. Her strong network, hotel investment and asset management experience make her a fantastic addition to the IHG team. Nathalia focuses on further expanding IHG’s presence in the region to achieve its growth ambitions.
Prior to joining IHG, Nathalia was at Savills where she established and led the Asia Pacific Hotel Advisory Business. Over six years, she played a pivotal role in growing the team based in Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and China. At Savills, she further honed her skills in asset management, hotel investment, due diligence, hotel advisory, feasibility studies and strategic planning.
Nathalia also worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in their regional offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Dubai; and Goldman Sachs Realty Japan in their Tokyo headquarters. She is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational Japanese.
IHG operates more than 102 hotels across 9 countries in South East Asia and Korea, with more than 84 hotels in the pipeline.
